I’ve been on a cookie kick lately. Not completely on purpose either…they just happened to be everywhere I turned… So today, I’m asking you to make something else :

I always add chopped pecans (or whatever kind of nuts I can find) into my fudge, in my opinion – what is fudge without nuts?
I know, however, some of YOU don’t share the same thoughts.
I was amazed at this fudge, it really sounds too simple to be true. It’s good.
Really, honestly. I hope you try it! It’s a dense, yet soft, creamy, mmm, melt in your mouth treat!
If you are feeling like you want something “lighter” – these strawberries are cute, delicious, and make for a great party snack. Who doesn’t like chocolate dipped strawberries!?

Easy Candiquik Fudge
Yield: 1 lb. (approx.)
1 package (16oz) chocolate CANDIQUIK
1/3 C milk (any will do)
1/3 C chopped pecans (optional)
1. Chop entire Chocolate CANDIQUIK block into small pieces
2. Heat 1/3 cup milk in medium saucepan over medium-low heat until it begins to simmer, and then add all of the chopped CANDIQUIK- stirring constantly until chunks are melted.
3. Remove from heat, add 1/3 cup chopped pecans and pour CANDIQUIK mixture back into its original tray (it came packaged in) and place in refrigerator until completely set. Slice and serve!

Hence the word “less”. There’s fruit involved = healthy.
