Cake Bite Christmas Tree

 

This tree has to be one of the most elegant and awe-some desserts I have made!

I won’t lead you on, it was a bit time consuming. I would highly suggest breaking it up into a 2-3 day project. Make your cake pop mixture on day 1. Coat and decorate your cake pops the following day and construct the tree on the 3rd day. And if you’ve never made cake pops - start here.

This tree was approximately 18″ tall. You could certainly downsize and make a mini tree.

Gobble, Gobble! Turkey Cake Pops!

I didn’t mean to tease you all.

Who would’ve thought these little guys would be so popular!!?

Ok, ok, so as soon as I made them and looked at their googly little eyes, big beak and candy corn tail – I knew.

They just have so much personality!

Each one of them. Whether they have a cute face or stink face.

So I couldn’t help but share the photo with you on Facebook before I actually had the directions written up.

Boo-tiful Cake Pops!

 

These were SO fun to make.

And even more fun to eat. Carrot cake + cream cheese frosting…definitely one of my favorite cake pop flavors.

Which character is your favorite?

These cats are pretty darn cute.

First things first – you will need some basic supplies and pinch of patience. Feel free to make all of the characters or just one.

The ghosts, by far, were the most simple.
