I couldn’t find cherry chips, so I substituted a bit of melted chocolate and some cherry pie filling. I used a lot of the cherry sauce and chopped up some of the cherries. WOW. I make a LOT of sweets and this is by far one of THE best. I think these will become holiday gifts this year. I am so in love with this site! I’ll be trying the acorn cake bites later this week.
