Zesty White Puppy Chow

3 ingredient puppy chow or "Muddy Buddies" that will have you begging for more!

Ingredients
- 6 oz Vanilla CANDIQUIK Coating
- 4½ cups Rice Chex® cereal
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Measure cereal into a large bowl.
- Melt CANDIQUIK Coating according to directions on package.
- Pour CANDIQUIK over cereal; fold in gently until cereal is evenly coated. Sprinkle fresh lemon zest over the mixture.
- Quickly add the powdered sugar and toss mixture until cereal pieces are completely coated.
Notes/Tips
Add 1 teaspoon of solid vegetable shortening (ex: Crisco) to thin out coating, if desired.
