Coconut Almond Crunch Bark

Serves: 8-12
- 1 package (16 oz.) Vanilla CandiQuik
- 1½ cups Strawberry-cornflake cereal (I used Special K Red Berries)
- ⅓ cup sliced almonds
- ⅓ cup toasted coconut
- Melt Vanilla Candiquik in tray according to package directions.
- Stir 1 cup of cereal and almonds (reserve some almonds to sprinkle on top) into coating.
- Spread mixture approximately ¼" thick onto wax paper.
- Sprinkle with remaining cereal, almonds and toasted coconut; let set.
- Once completely set, break or cut into small pieces.
