Vanilla Mint Latte

Creamy, delicious, vanilla-mint latte!
Serves: 8
  • 1 (16 oz.) package Vanilla CandiQuik Coating
  • 4 cups milk (I used 2%)
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Green food coloring (optional, but fun)
  • Whipped cream
  • Sprinkles or nonpareils
  1. Chop Vanilla Candiquik into small pieces and place into a heat resistant bowl; set aside.
  2. Heat milk on the stovetop on medium heat for ten minutes, or until simmering.
  3. Pour the heated milk over the CandiQuik chunks and stir until melted.
  4. Stir in peppermint extract.
  5. (Optional) Add eight drops of green food coloring.
  6. Pour drink mixture into glasses, top with whipped cream and nonpareils, sprinkles, (maybe Andes mints!?) and serve!
