Is it on for the weekend and the upcoming week? I always forget about shark week (never heard of it until I started blogging – must be a U.S. thing).

But if it hasn’t finished yet, I can’t think of a better way to celebrate with these cupcakes. The frosting looks like choppy water with the fin in. Such a shame we don’t get the CandiQuik in the UK, it looks fantastic and so easy to create perfect treats.
