Seriously, I’ve seen them used to make everything from reindeer to high heels.

Not to mention, they taste dang good dipped in chocolate.

I’ve decided to compile all of the ideas that other bloggers, crafters, and I have made into one big Nutter Butter party! I thought you would find this handy, for the next time you may need a cute and easy treat.

Valentine Surprise Cookies

This is how my Wednesday started: I was deep in thought during my morning commute drive.

Deep in thoughts filled of cookies and Valentine’s day. (Wouldn’t the world would be a little more peaceful if more people shared my thoughts!?)

Cinnamon Raisin Energy Bites

No bake cookie. Energy bite. Call it what you wanna call it. These ‘bites’ are dang good.

They kinda make you forget that they have NO oil, NO butter, NO anything super bad for ya.

After all, a little sugar never hurt anyone. Hence, energy bite.

Peanut butter, oats, a few raisins and a couple other things is all you will need. You probably even have all of these ingredients in your pantry.

New Year’s Clock Cookies

New Year’s Eve…a perfect time to indulge and eat these rich cookies filled with a peppermint buttercream frosting…dipped in chocolate.

They are as good as they sound. Better, in fact.

I’ve used this recipe on several occasions, and just altered the shapes of my cookies.

I even had a stranger tell me she would buy my flowers and dinner – just for sharing this recipe with her. True story.

Snowmen Cookies

It’s been a while since I’ve made these…and then I realized, even though you may have seen them before, I’ve never blogged about them. Plus, I’ve made a couple changes to the originals.

Thin Mints.

The perfect combination of chocolate, mint, and *crunch*. These are very reminiscent of the Girl Scout cookies we all know as Thin Mints.

Those dang Girl Scout cookies that you can’t set down until they’re gone…then the sugar guilt kicks in.

Throwback Thursday: Beach Party and Rocky Road Popcorn!

[pinit]

You get a bonus point if you remember these treats from a while back.

I’m sure it was back when no one even knew about Pinterest

Check out the original post on this beach party featuring: Crab Cookies, Giant Lobster Rice Krispy Treat, Sandal Cookies, and graham cracker beach towels!

And the featured blogger!?

The Errand of Angels with her Rocky Road Popcorn – mmm! 2008 style.

She originally created this in the winter months, but I’m thinking it would make a great road-trip snack!

Enjoy!

Throwback Thursday: Turtle Cheesecake & Kit Kat Bars!

Happy Thursday, happy day after the 4th of July…

Let’s talk cheesecake. Some cheesecakes can seem a little intimidating and not to mention, time consuming. This one that I am about to show you does not fall into either category. Have you made any of the cheesecakes I’ve shared? They are kind of a mix between a cream pie and a cheesecake. They are lighter than a lot of cheesecakes and (best part) require no baking.

While I was scrimmaging through old blog posts to find for today, I did a little happy dance when I came back across this one (aka Turtle NO BAKE Cheesecake). It’s so perfect. I didn’t dare choose a recipe that required your oven…I think the whole country is over 90 degrees this week month. Also, hello and welcome to all of the international friends that may be reading. I hope you’re staying cool, too!

The featured blogger of the week…Hayley over at The Domestic Rebel. Always a good sugar rush happening on her blog, check it out!

Homemade Kit Kat Bars…gotta love homemade candy bar recipes.

I hope you enjoy these recipes!

Thanks for checking out…

Patriotic Oreo Lollipops

Happy Friday, friends!

Forecast here for the next couple of days: 90 degrees and sunny.

In other words, I really didn’t feel like turning on the oven. But I still wanted something sweet and satisfying.

Whoever said you can’t have your cake and eat it too?!

Speaking of ‘having your cake and eating it too’, who ever came up with that? It doesn’t even make sense.

Your going to give me cake and I can’t eat it!? Please, correct me if I’m missing something.

Sorry, moving onto more important things:

Oreo Lollipops! (you may recognize these, I like dipping Oreo’s)

Triple Crown Horse Cookies

First things first, to kick off Mother’s Day weekend I have a nice surprise for you. See that new page in the top righthand corner?! Free printables! I will be adding more themes and holidays as time goes on. Whether you use them for cake pops, cupcake toppers, gift tags…it’s all up to you. Hope you enjoy.

Did you watch the Kentucky Derby!? I had my eyes peeled every second of it and decided that attending the Derby is on my bucket list.

I was inspired by THESE horse cookies over at Party Pinching…check out Norene’s site, some major talent & creativity happening over there!

I have always wanted to make horse cake pops, but haven’t got around to it. It’s been put on my list (I have lots of lists if you’re catching on) which we all know is growing at rates faster than I can make. But the moment I saw these, I knew they had to cut in line and be made NOW…I took a little different approach from hers and changed a few things up.
