Chocolate Fruit Cups! Mmm!
All you need is:
- 1 package (16 oz) Vanilla or Chocolate CANDIQUIK® Coating
- 12 foil or paper cups
- Fresh fruit (raspberries, blueberries, etc.)
- Whipped Cream (or ice cream!)
- Melt CANDIQUIK® Coating according to directions on package.
- Place foil or paper baking cups in muffin pans to add stability to cups while coating.
- Using a small spoon, coat the inside of a baking cup with melted CANDIQUIK® Coating. Use spoon to coat bottom and sides of baking cup. Bring the coating almost to the top of the cup, but not over the edge. Repeat with all remaining cups; place in refrigerator.
- When coating is set, carefully peel the baking cups away from the CANDIQUIK® Coating.
- Fill each cup with fresh fruit and whipped cream.
