Vanilla Biscoff Swirl Fudge

Vanilla Biscoff Swirl Fudge

Let’s talk fudge…and Biscoff.

Please tell me you’ve had Biscoff, at least the cookies?

Those delicious little cookies that Delta hands out…

Well, they make a spread.  I don’t even know how to explain it, besides that it is this sweet, creamy spread that tastes just like the cookies.

Apparently it is a European alternative to peanut butter or chocolate spread. And then we finally got with the program and select grocery stores carry it. I say select because I had to go to three different stores to find it. If you’d like to be prepared (unlike I was) they have a store locator on their website!

I eventually found it at this big box store that starts with a “W”, you have one near you. It’s in the peanut butter aisle. Get it!

(Are the folks at Biscoff listening?!)

And may I say, it is downright perfect when it is swirled into this rich, creamy, white fudge.

This THREE INGREDIENT fudge.

A creamy, 3-ingredient white fudge made with Vanilla CandiQuik and sweetened condensed milk, then swirled with Biscoff spread!

Serves: 16
Ingredients
  • 1½ packages (24 oz.) Vanilla CANDIQUIK Coating
  • 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons Biscoff spread
Instructions
  1. Prepare an 8x8" pan by lining with aluminum foil and coat with nonstick spray.
  2. Break Vanilla CANDIQUIK into small squares. Add Vanilla CANDIQUIK squares and sweetened condensed milk to a medium saucepan and melt over low heat; stirring frequently until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Slightly soften Biscoff spread by heating in the microwave for 5-10 seconds. Spoon Biscoff on top of fudge and use a knife to swirl the Biscoff through the fudge.
  4. Let set for 30-45 minutes. Cut into 1" squares to serve (store in the refrigerator for easy serving).
  5. Tip: (DO NOT overheat, if there are only a few tiny chunks of coating remaining while melting, remove from heat and stir until melted; the residual heat should melt any remaining chunks.)

I broke the CandiQuik into small pieces and added it to a medium saucepan along with a can of sweetened condensed milk (quite possibly one of the best things ever).

Melt this mixture over LOW heat, stirring constantly until smooth. I did notice when mine was almost melted, there were still a couple tiny chunks of CandiQuik left; I removed the pan from the heat and gave it a healthy stir (the residual heat melted the tiny pieces remaining). What I am trying to say here is, do not overheat this mixture.

Pour into a greased 8×8″ pan. (I lined mine with aluminum foil and coated with nonstick spray for extra easy cleanup)Vanilla Biscoff Swirl Fudge

To make the Biscoff spread swirl easily, I melted it slightly in the microwave. This only took about 8 seconds.

YUM!

Drop the biscoff by the spoonful on top of the fudge. Use a knife to swirl across the top.

Enjoy!

Tell Me Something Sweet

  1. says

Just picked some of the spread up and oh my word, I am in love!! Off to make the fudge, but if for some reason it doesn’t turn out, I’m ok, because I have a jar of the spread left over, lol. Yum!!

  2. Andi says

I think this is the first recipe I actually used Biscoff spread. Usually we just eat it off the spoon… and the jar is hidden from the kids! I probably doubled the amount of Biscoff just because I love it so!

Sarah@Candiquik, I am dying to find out how to make Biscoff truffles!
