Who ever said a dessert need have flour or grain in it to rock your socks off!?
I know for a fact that whether you are on a grain free diet, you will LOVE these desserts. Seriously.
In fact, some of them were developed and then just so happened to be gluten free. Bonus.
It’s always interesting figuring out desserts with my family. I have a stepfather who has diabetes and a mother who is allergic to dairy. What a joy. It’s near impossible. I’ve had friends tell me that it’s hard for them because they have a family member who is affected by celiac disease…please, these recipes eliminate that excuse reason.

Hey, nice collection of recipes!
However the very first one that I checked – Peanut Butter Truffle Bark – is NOT actually gluten free unless you use Gluten Free Graham Crackers!! If you can add a note that so that no one makes this using regular graham crackers!
A side note – I have used GF graham crackers, (Kinnikinnick makes a great one) and they worked exactly the same way that regular graham crackers work. This would be a fantastic substitute in the recipe – infact I do plan on trying it.
Thanks again for the awesome recipes, I do plan on trying a couple of these!

Hi Nicole,
thanks for catching that mistake! I don’t know how I missed the graham crackers but I’ll be sure to make a note of that below the photo. Thanks!

You are welcome, I figured that it probably slipped past you. Great that you are adding the note because I think it is a GREAT recipe that would be fantastic with GF grahams!
