Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites | @candiquik

Every once in a while I dip whatever I can find in CANDIQUIK…

Sometimes I turn CANDIQUIK into cookies.

Sometimes into cake…cheesecake too.

Sometimes bread

Even animals and characters…true story.

Today involves dipping…and we have lots of sugar, peanut butter, regular butter, chocolate, ohhhh and more sugar, to bring you – homemade peanut butter balls coated in chocolate…MMM HMM!

You will need:
  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy)
  • 6 teaspoons butter, softened
  • 2 cups confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 (16oz) pkg chocolate Candiquik

Soften 6 tsp. of butter by placing in microwave (approx. 20 seconds)

Mix 1 cup peanut butter, 2 cups confectioners sugar, and the softened butter in a bowl until a nice texture is formed.

Spoon out mixture and roll into balls on wax paper. Place in the fridge for approximately 20 minutes or until cool and firm enough to dip in the Candiquik.

Melt chocolate Candiquik according to package directions and dip the peanut butter balls in the CANDIQUIK with a spoon.

Place on wax-paper to set.

drizzle with CandiQuik if desired!

We love Candiquik! I make peanut butter balls all the time for family & bake sale events. I prefer to use crunchy peanut butter. I always dip some in chocolate & some in vanilla. I use silicone baking pan liners instead of using wax paper for the refrigerated rolled peanut butter balls & also after dipping in Candiquik.

Thanks Anne! Yes – the baking pan liners would work very well! It seems like there are endless uses and variations that you can do with Candiquik. Let me know if you have a specific recipe you make with Candiquik and we can share it if you would like… Sarah
